Bournemouth & the New Forest

One of the most popular resorts in Britain, Bournemouth on the South Coast offers a year round destination to explore.

This holiday visits Dorset, we stay in the popular seaside town of Bournemouth, with its clean sandy beaches, its piers and shops to explore. We include excursions to the unique attraction of Beaulieu with its Motor Museum, Palace and Abbey and a visit to the unique Compton Acres.

 

 

Day 1

This morning we travel by coach through the English countryside to Bournemouth. On the journey we make a lunch stop before arriving at our hotel, where we are welcomed with cup of tea or coffee.

Day 2

This morning after breakfast we travel into Hampshire and the New Forest National Park and visit its biggest attraction, Beaulieu Estate. It is home to the famous National Motor Museum, the Palace House & Garden and the 13th century Abbey. After an interesting day out we return to Bournemouth and our hotel.

Day 3

Today is a free day to spend exploring the town and its seafront.

Day 4

We depart this morning and travel to Compton Acres which has over ten acres of gardens to explore. There are seven distinct and unique gardens to explore. In the afternoon we continue to Poole Harbour where there will be time to wander around its harbour or visit its Pottery. After an enjoyable day we join our coach for the journey back to our hotel.

After a leisurely breakfast we join our coach and begin our journey back to your joining point with a lunch stop during the journey.

Hotel Details: The Chine Hotel, Bournemouth.

The hotel is just over a mile from the town centre of Bournemouth, but it is even closer to the beach and the suburb of Boscombe, and is located in its own three acre private garden. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar plus an indoor swimming pool and gym.

Its bedrooms are all ensuite with television and tea/coffee making faciltiies served by a lift.

Please Note: The hotel has a limited number of rooms with either a garden or sea view, please enquire for the price supplement.
