Cornwall has a scenic coastline and many pretty villages and attractions to explore.
This holiday offers an enjoyable holiday to the popular county of Cornwall with its quaint harbours, picturesque villages and breath-taking views. Our base being the village of St Agnes still retains a traditional atmosphere. We include popular excursions to historic Truro, a train ride on the Bodmin Railway, a visit to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and a visit to a local Cyder farm where we enjoy a tasting!.
Day 1
We join the coach and travel through the English countryside with a lunch stop enroute before arriving at St Agnes and our hotel in time to settle in before our evening meal.
DDay 2
After a leisurely breakfast we travel to Falmouth and spend the morning in this maritime town with its harbour, a charming mix of shops, museums, art galleries and cafes. In the afternoon we travel onto Truro, Cornwall's cathedral city. Here you will find a wonderful Gothic Cathedral and a delightful mix of medieval streets.
B, DDay 3
Today after breakfast is a free day to explore the village of St Agnes, perhaps walk down to the beach or catch a local bus (Cost extra) to the nearby seaside village of Perranporth.
Day 4
After breakfast this morning we travel to the fishing village of Padstow where we enjoy a wander around its quaint streets and harbour side. After lunch we travel to Healeys Cyder Farm, where we enjoy a tour of the farm and tasting of its products!
Day 5
Today we travel to the pretty fishing village of Mevagissey where we take a short break before we rejoin the coach for the short journey to the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Here you can explore the gardens which were unknown 25 years ago and you can follow their transformation into one of Cornwall's finest gardens.
B, DDay 6
We leave after our breakfast and join the motorway network travelling north back to your joining point.

A warm welcome awaits at this family run hotel set in secluded and sheltered gardens, yet close to the village centre. There is an attractive bar, lounge and restaurant.
All the bedrooms are en suite with television and tea/coffee making facilities.
NB: The hotel does not have a lift but they do have a limited number of ground floor rooms.
