Cornwall in the Summer

Cornwall has a scenic coastline and many pretty villages to explore.

This holiday offers an enjoyable break to the popular county of Cornwall with its quaint harbours, picturesque villages and breath-taking views. Our base, being the village of St Agnes, still retains a traditional atmosphere. We include popular excursions to historic Pencarrow House and Garden, a train ride on the Bodmin railway, a visit to Padstow and a visit to a local Cider farm where we enjoy a tasting!

Day 1

We join the coach and travel through the English countryside with a lunch stop en route before arriving at St Agnes and our hotel in time to settle in before our evening meal.

Day 2

After a leisurely breakfast we travel to Falmouth and spend the morning in this maritime town with its harbour, charming mix of shops, museums along with art galleries and cafes. In the afternoon we travel onto Truro, Cornwall's Cathedral city. Here you will find a wonderful gothic Cathedral and a delightful mix of medieval streets.
