Scenic West Wales

Scenic West Wales

The Pembrokeshire coast of Wales stretches in an almost continuous succession of magnificent bays, headlands and blue seas offering glorious scenery.

The natural beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast is well known with its sandy beaches and rugged coastline which give way inland to historic towns and pretty villages. We stay in Carmarthen for our tour which is ideal for visiting this delightful corner of Wales, and included excursions to Tenby and Saundersfoot, the impressive National Botanical Garden and the picturesque Gower Peninsula.

Day 1

After joining our coach we travel into Wales and make a lunch break where we are welcomed with tea or coffee and a Welsh cake.

Day 2

This morning we travel to the seaside resort of Tenby where on our arrival we walk half a mile from the coach to the Tudor Merchant's House. Discover how a local family lived in the 1500's and view its kitchen and colourful wall hangings. In the afternoon we meet at the Museum and Art Gallery for a visit which is one of the oldest museums in Wales established in 1878. Afterwards there will be some more free time before we rejoin our coach for the journey back to our hotel.
