Another popular destination with our clients is Yorkshire with its varied scenery and picturesque towns and villages and York makes an ideal base to explore the scenery and attractions of the area. We include visits to the award winning the Castle Howard Estate, a journey on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, a visit to Scampston Hall & Garden and the Scarborough Fair Collection.
Day 1
We join our coach and travel to Yorkshire with a convenient lunch stop on the way before arriving at our hotel for our evening meal.
Day 2
After breakfast we travel to Castle Howard which is one of Yorkshire's grandest houses made famous by the television programme Brideshead Revisted. After a fascinating visit we travel back to our hotel for our evening meal.
B, DDay 3
Today we join our coach and travel to the town of Pickering before joining the train that is going to take us through the scenic North Yorkshire National park. We join our coach at Grosmont for the journey back to our hotel and our evening meal.
B, DDay 4
This morning we make the journey to Scampston Hall, a fine regency country house with extensive grounds, lakes and a Palladian Bridge. After our visit we continue into Scarborough and where we visit the Scarborough Fair Collection. It houses a collection of fairground rides, vintage cars, steam engines and mechanical organs
B, DDay 5
After breakfast we say goodbye to our hotel and Yorkshire and return to your joining point.

This hotel is set in grounds on the outskirts of York set around an 18th century Manor house. The hotels facilities include a restaurant, bar and a lounge, plus you have complimentary access to a nearby health club. All the bedrooms are ensuite with television and tea/coffee making facilities, with the bedrooms in the newer wing served by a lift.
