This day trip offers a delightful journey through some lovely secenery before arriving at scenic Lake Bala. We enjoy a return train journey along the lake shore before re-joining our coach for the journey onto Barmouth this popular Welsh seaside town located between the sea and Snowdonia National Park.
The town has a long sandy beach, a picturesque harbour bordering the beautiful Mawddach estuary and some shops to visit.
Morning
We make an early start from your joining point and travel through Mid Wales to our first destination Lake Bala, followed by Barmouth.
Afternoon
We join our coach around 16:30 at Barmouth and make our way back to your joining point, with an estimated arrival time back in Hereford around 20:00.
Return coach travel to and from your local joining points.
Return train travel along Lake Bala.
Time to explore Barmouth.
Day Trip Information
Our train departs Llanuwchllyn at 11:00 to Bala Lake, with a return time back at Llanuwchllyn at 12:10.
Afterwards you may wish to use their Station café. (Extra cost).
After a short break we re-join the coach and travel to Barmouth with a journey time of around 1 Hour. We will depart from Barmouth at approximately 16:30 to make our journey back to your joining points.
