We stay in the North Cornish village of St Agnes, steeped in Mining history but still retains its friendly Cornish atmosphere.
This holiday offers an enjoyable holiday to the popular county of Cornwall with its quaint harbour, picturesque villages and breath-taking views. Our base being the village of St Agnes still retains a traditional atmosphere. We include popular excursions to historic Truro, a visit to the village famous for its connections with the television series Doc Martin and a visit to the popular Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Day 1
We join the coach and travel through the English countryside with a lunch stop enroute before arriving at St Agnes and our hotel in time to settle in before our evening meal.
DDay 2
After a leisurely breakfast we travel to the National Trust property Lanhydrock House and Gardens near Bodmin. Here you can explore this Victorian country house with layers of history and family life. You can admire its finest rooms and the Long Gallery, meet the costumed servants below the stairs and explore the kitchen with its Victorian technology. Also there are its manicured gardens and landscapes to explore.
B, DDay 3
After breakfast this morning we travel to the fishing village of Padstow where we enjoy a wander around tits quaint streets and harbour side. After lunch we travel to Port Isaac famous for its links with the television series Doc Martin. After an enjoyable day we return to St Agnes and our hotel.
Day 4
Today we travel to the pretty fishing village of Mevagissey where we take a short break before we rejoin the coach for the short journey to the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Here you can explore the gardens which were unknown 25 years ago and you can follow their transformation into one of Cornwall's finest gardens.
B, DDay 5
Today after a leisurely breakfast we travel to the popular Healys Cyder Farm. Where on our arrival we enjoy a tractor tour of the Orchards followed by a walk around tour and a tasting of their own Jams, Ciders and Spirits. In the afternoon we return to the hotel.
Day 6
We leave after our breakfast and join the motorway network travelling north back to your joining point.

A warm welcome awaits at this family run hotel set in secluded and sheltered gardens, yet close to the village centre. There is an attractive bar, lounge and restaurant. All the bedrooms are en suite with television and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel does not have a lift, but the hotel does have a small number of rooms on the ground floor.
