New for 2025 we stay in the popular seaside resort of Newquay in Cornwall.
New for 2025 we stay in the popular seaside resort of Newquay in Cornwall. Well known for its laid back charm the town has something for everyone plus its sandy beaches. During our stay we include excursions to picture postcard Cornish village of Looe and a visit to the historical Bodmin Jail and a visit to the town of Falmouth with time to explore its maritime history.
Day 1
We join our coach from your joining point and travel through the English countryside to Newquay in Cornwall, with a lunch stop enroute before arriving at our hotel.
DDay 2
This morning we travel to the town of Bodmin which was built in 1779 and showcases its rich and dark history of crime and punishment in Cornwall. In the afternoon we travel to the seaside village of Looe where there will be time to explore the twin towns of East & West Looe which are divided by its river. Afterwards we travel back to Newquay and our hotel.
B, DDay 3
Today is a free day to explore the resort of Newquay and its attractions.
B, DDay 4
After breakfast we travel to the town of Falmouth famous for its Maritime history. We include a visit to the popular Maritime Museum where you can explore its five floors and fifteen galleries housing a hanging flotilla of boats, enjoy the great ocean survival of the Robertson family and learn about the third largest deep water harbour where the town is located. Afterwards we travel back to our hotel in Newquay.
Day 5
After breakfast we say farewell to our hotel and Newquay and travel back to your joining point with a lunch stop enroute.

Hotel Details: The Barrowfield Hotel, Newquay
This two star hotel is a located about 200 yards from the seafront and about a fifteen minute walk to the town centre. The hotels’ facilities include a restaurant, a bar and ballroom plus an indoor pool and sauna. In the restaurant the meal times are set by the hotel. The bedrooms are ensuite over three floors and are served by a lift.
Entertainment: The hotel will provide nightly entertainment.
