Paignton & South Devon
Paignton is a pleasant town situated in the English Riviera, with its beach and long flat esplanade overlooking Torbay.
We stay in Paignton, a seaside town located on the English Riviera and a popular holiday destination with our clients. The town has a lovely flat seafront promenade and a pier to enjoy, whilst we include excursions to nearby places of interest such as Dartmoor National Park with a guided tour, and we explore parts of South Devon by train and river boat.
Day 1
We depart this morning and travel through the English countryside with a lunch stop on the way, we arrive at our hotel in time to settle in before our evening meal.
Day 2
This morning we travel to the seaside town of Exmouth where we join our boat for a delightful cruise on the River Exe with its stunning views. After a short break we take a scenic train journey through the Devon countryside. Afterwards we join our coach and travel back to our hotel in Paignton.
B, DDay 3
After breakfast we join the coach with our guide and begin our tour of Dartmoor and South Devon first stopping at Postbridge famous for its iconic clapper bridge. We continue to Princetown for a short stop well known for its Prison before travelling onto Tavistock a popular market town where you can purchase lunch. Around 2pm we continue our tour stopping at the unique Buckfast Abbey home to a community of Benedictine Monks. After our visit we join our coach for the journey back to Paignton and our hotel.

Today is a free day to explore the attractions of the town.

After breakfast we join our coach for the journey back home with a lunch stop before returning back to your joining point.

Hotel Details: The Marine Hotel, Paignton
This three star hotel is situated on the seafront with a short level walk to the town centre. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere with its conservatory offering sea views, and its spacious restaurant offers traditional home cooking. The bedrooms are all ensuite which are served by a lift to all floors, but due to the nature of the building the bedrooms vary in size.
