Shrewsbury Flower Show
More Than Just a Show...A Summer Extravaganza!
Every August the Shrewsbury Flower show takes place in the picturesque setting of the 29 acre Quarry Park in Shrewsbury and can be traced back over 140 years.
The show welcomes thousands of visitors with an array of attractions for all ages including stunning flower arrangements, along with food and craft stands.
Attractions at the show include:
The main Quarry Marquee, is host to some of the top horticulturalists in the country.
The Severn Marque is home to various societies, amateur growers plus Bees and Honey exhibitors.
The Dingle Marque is home to the popular floral Art exhibitors, the WI and Ask the Expert. There is also a full and active lecture Theatre and ‘the Future Marquee’ which is of interest to both older and younger visitors.
You can also enjoy a dedicated Food Hall where cookery demonstrations are held.
So come with us and enjoy experiencing new horticultural ideas, and have an enjoyable day out in picturesque surroundings.
Morning
We join our coach and travel from your joining points to Shrewsbury and its delightful flower show.
Afternoon
After an enjoyable day we rejoin our coach for the journey back to your joining points.
Estimated time of arrival back into Hereford is 18:30.
