Springtime in Morecambe
Join us on this holiday staying at the seaside resort of Morecambe, with it's promenade overlooking the bay in a picturesque location.
On this short break we visit the seaside town of Morecambe offering views across the bay to the Cumbrian coastline. During our stay we offer scenic day excursions to the Yorkshire Dales and the Southern Lake District.
Day 1
This morning we join our coach from your joining point and begin our journey to Morecambe with a suitable lunch stop en route. We arrive at our hotel late afternoon and are welcomed before our evening meal.
DDay 2
This morning after a leisurely breakfast we travel the short distance to the city of Lancaster. This historic city is renowned for its architecture with its Castle and the Ashton Memorial located in Williamsons Park. There will be some free time to explore before returning to our hotel in Morecambe.
Day 3
Today after breakfast we make a scenic tour of the Yorkshire Dales. We first travel following the Lune Valley and then the River Ribble to Hawes where we stop for a visit at the local cheesemaker - Wensleydale, where we are able to watch a demonstration about their cheese. We return through stunning scenery back to our hotel in Morecambe for our evening meal.
Day 4
We enjoy our breakfast at the hotel before joining our coach for a journey into the Southern Lake District and the town of Bowness on Windermere, where we take a boat trip around Lake Windermere. We then take a short break before joining our coach for the journey back to our hotel in Morecambe.
Day 5
We enjoy our breakfast at the hotel before joining our coach back to your joining point with a lunch break en route.

This hotel offers a warm welcome on our arrival, and is located on the promenade facing the bay, but close to the town centre. All the bedrooms are ensuite with television, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The majority of rooms are served by a lift.
